For your information,

I ordered flowers for my Mother on Tuesday the 6th of May for Mother's Day. Reason being, I wanted the fowers delivered on Friday, so that she might enjoy them for a few extra days. I received an e-mail from 1-800flowers that they were out for delivery on Friday morning, shipped via United Parcel Service (Brown). Unfortunately, I was unable to track the delivery since I was at work. Although I already knew that Brown does not have refrigerated trucks, but figured that maybe they would be in the area early. The flowers were a Martha Stewart Design. Arrived home and called my Mother about six p.m. She had not received said flowers. Flowers were delivered at 7:15 Friday night. Mom said flowers were (HOT) Called 1-800 flowers.

I was on hold for wuite some time before speaking with an agent. Explained situation, she said that they would ship another arrangement out and mom would get them on Sunday. I know for a fact, most, if not all florist shops are closed on Sunday, but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Called 1-800flowers on Sunday, and much to my dismay, no flowers--florist shops are closed.

Told agent I wanted my money back, however, she wanted to send a gift card. At this time I am not interested in any gift card only wanting my money back. I had had enough since it is now late Sunday afternoon, so I decided I would take care of it on Monday. called 1-800flowers and requested my money be refunded.

I have used Dolly's in the past and never had any problems. Their arrangements are breathtakingly beautiful and also very reliable. My best friend swears by them. I will not stray again. Sincerly, Lynda
